Ce n'est pas un Sauternes, mais c'est un excellent vin dessert — a year ago
This wine the 2021 EQ Coastal Sauvignon Blanc I had a few days ago. From Matetic Winery D.O. Valle de Casablanca Viñedo Valle Hermoso, Chile.
On the nose there was passion fruit, lime, grapefruit, white peach, asparagus, cut grass, flint and minerality.
On the palate there is grapefruit, lime, white peach, cut grass, asparagus, herbaceousness, green pepper, salinity, spice and minerality.
This wine is medium bodied with medium to medium + acidity that moves nicely into a long citrus fruit grapefruit mineral saline finish. Have a great week and please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — a month ago

Impressive Chile blend that has Carmenere in it with Cabernet Sauvignon leading the Bordeaux mix. Will be more resolved in 3-4 years, perhaps. — 9 days ago
