2011 vintage, very good. Bold, with lots of dark fruit, tobacco, cinnamon, and licorice on the nose, adding some herbal notes after the first sip with a medium, very pleasant finish. Dry, but not bone dry. — 4 years ago
Pale green-tinged lemon with crisp, mineral-laced nose with loads of lemon curd and pastry on the palate. It's showing its coming maturity with a hint of almond extract on the finish and a bit of hazelnut, the quality of well-aged chardonnay. It really shows its no-dosage character - bone dry, it begs for food. Oysters, anyone? — 6 years ago

Absolutely delightful Provence Rose. Blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. Strikingly pale pink in color, the aromas are fresh and fruity. On the palate, it is bone dry through the finish. The name really suits the delicate nature of this wine. — 7 years ago
Brooks sells a tee shirt that reads, "If you don't like Riesling, you're a fucking idiot."
I'm on board. Honey and a floral white peachy nose with petrol. Then the palate is nothing like the nose. Bone dry, bracingly acidic. Low fruit character but a pineapple thing happening late in the finish. Minerality for days. Gonna have to buy some more and lay it down. — 8 years ago
Mirror mirror on the wall, who’s the gothest of them all? It’s either me or this wine. In spirit and/or taste. Dark on the outside perfumed inside. Lives up to being bone dry, if bones can live. Smells like raspberries and pomegranate molasses. with a hint of mint. So light in the mouth, which given its color is a surprise. Then again get one of us mildly goths to open up and we crack a smile. The better to show our custom fangs by my darling. Oh yes so on the palate it treads lightly in weight. Underripe cherries and roses and electricity or is that just the friendly acid giving me a love-zap? — 4 years ago

A Conn Creek neighbor for this particular vineyard.
Nose has cherry/plum liquor, dried citrus rind, charred oak, rain-soaked soil, spring green herbs, mocha-coffee and toasted graham cracker.
Palate has cedar-infused black currant, plum skin, earthy and dirty wet leather and mild tannins.
Paired with a wonderfully grilled t-bone tonight.
This bottle easily has several years to go, enjoyed in it's youth tonight for sure. Future bottles can be 2020-2023 without concern.
For me, this wine is reminiscent of many 90's vintages of Sterling (SVR) wines that we have enjoyed over the years, minty cigar box, just wonderful. — 6 years ago
Wine #5 of a Chefs tasting. Classic Brut to finish the night. Very little acidity and bone dry. Loaded with pear and apple. Chef paired this with a lemon basil cake. — 7 years ago
A delicious bone dry Chenin Blanc. — 7 years ago
Pale straw. Fruity nose but absolutely bone dry as advertised. Acidity is mild with some lingering astringency. The short finish showcases citrus flavors and some chalk. Nicely balanced. Very good with food. A little flat as a sipping wine, it really shines with food, enhancing the subtle flavors of the Chinese Five Spice powder in my meal tonight. — 8 years ago
Paired with a bone-in rib-eye & onion rings — 6 years ago
This one came home with me. As in, the whole case. I absolutely love this and think it might have to be my go-to summer beverage. Lovely bubbles, pure watermelon fruit, terrific mineral rich and bone dry. Love, love, love! — 6 years ago
Pale red and very fruity yet bone dry. Stewed strawberries and a touch of rhubarb with a fresh red currant note. Very fine mousse with tiny, Persia bubbles. So juicy and refreshing!
Paired with a lasagna - it’s a match made in heaven! — 7 years ago
