Yep, it's not only pretty, it's absolutely delicious. Subtle, calculated, balanced. It's both refreshing and complex. I'm throwing some into the pot with these moules and couldn't be more excited. Thanks @Sarah Catherine

Grilled swordfish... Couldn't decide whether to go for white or red, so compromised with rosé. Given the ubiquity and vast volume produced, it's a perfectly decent wine and a classic for the summer. Note: the label has changed over the years from Chateau to Caves... Probably half the fruit in Provence go to these cellars to be given the Whispering Angel treatment.

Solid, creamy and slightly crisp. A little light, but a fabulous summer quaffer.

Have been waiting for the perfect day to try this wine. Ninety degrees and humid definitely qualifies. Light salmon in color. Aromas of strawberries, wet stone, and hints of orange. Balanced and refreshing. Just lovely!

Enjoying the end of my Rosé stash from the weekend’s party. A delicate pink colour with a very fine, dry palate. Equally delicate notes of strawberries, rose petals, crushed gravel and orange peel. Continues to be one of my all time favourite Provençal rosés and a definite perfect summer patio sipper.

Grape varietals: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault

Light pink, a Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah blend (most have this blend) with juicy berry fruit aromas. Consistent quality, liked by Rosé lovers. Strawberry flavors, somewhat drying with a touch if citrus, balanced vivid acidity medium finish ending with mineral tones. Tasting Sample.

A classic Rose de Provence. Pale in color but complex and nuanced on the palate. #bacchuswinesocial #march2018 #RosedeProvence

Pale rose colour. Strawberry, raspberry, crisp with good acidity. Sunshine in a glass!
