Bright lemon color with stone and tropical fruit aromas and adding floral citrus scents. On the palate flavors of pear, apples and pineapple with lemon zest and hints of salinity. Well balanced with pleasant lively acidity, long finish ending with mineral, citrus and wet stone nuances. Very nice! Should improve over the next few years. Nice value. — 10 months ago

This wine also has an earthy tone to its nose, but not as strong as Paco & Lalo. The citrus aromas come through nicely and are accompanied by a light floral bouquet. The palate is loaded with lemon and lime and the acidity is gentle enough to pair with something spicy. — 2 years ago

5品種くらいの黒白フィールドブレンド、ちなみにどの品種も聞いたことがない…

白ブドウ混醸ということで、ブルゴーニュグラスで出してみたが、酸も弱く、ボルドーの方が酸も強くなって、ボルドーの方が正解。
時間が経ってくると酸が出てきて、ブルゴーニュグラスで。

ナチュールで酸っぱい系のワインがたまにあるが、あれを端正にきれいにした感じと言おうか…不思議なワイン。
