Тонкий многослойный аромат. Ланолин, воск, белые персики, дольки яблок из варенья. В развитии сырой миндаль, морская вода, хересный флор. После нескольких часов аэрации уходит в сырые грибы; потом снова проявляет фруктовую сладость, опять грибы, и так — бесконечно. Удивительно лёгкое тело, субтильный вкус цитрусов (разбавленный сок лимона и грейпфрута), садовых яблок, сухих луговых трав. Долгое свежее послевкусие с нотой грибов в ретроназальном аромате. Исключительно тонко, сдержано, на полутонах. Не торопиться, дать подышать. 17,5/20

(За хозяйством Domaine de L’Ecu стоят два человека. Великий винодел Guy Bossard — пионер органического и биодинамического виноградарства, на протяжение десятилетий производивший вина в Muscadet Sevre et Maine и заработавший шутливое прозвище «Папа Мюскаде». Второй «чудак», Frederic Niger, криминолог по образованию, решивший продать свою IT компанию и присоединиться к Ги. Результат — чарующие вина, созданные в тандеме сакральной мудрости и энергии молодости.
