I should have waited a couple of years for this. Almost undrinkable without decanting. Great potential on this as after 4 hours of decanting, this was great. — 5 months ago

Decanted for 2 hours. Still big, no signs of fading. Did not drink enough before it was consumed to review properly, but seemed a touch sweet. — 2 years ago
This is a wonderfully complex and layered Riesling with effervescent acidity, florals, white fruit and minerality. Lemon peel, pear, slate, and honeysuckle are on the nose and palate, each with its own distinct but harmonized role. If only there was more to be had! — 4 months ago
Give it a good decant. — 5 months ago
Bedrock wines don’t disappoint. Pagani Ranch Heritage is a classic Bedrock. — 5 months ago
Slightly muted with age, but still strong, supple fruit dark smoking meat went perfect with smoked reverse, seared ribeye steaks — 5 months ago
Presently surprised as I never know what I’m going to get with a Bedrock wine. Very dark color to the edge, nice dark fruits throughout and nice long smooth finish. Busy evening with friends over for dinner and everyone enjoyed the wine. — a year ago
OMG was this good. Surprisingly accessible in its infancy. The wine is clear and light colored red with very mild tannins. Loaded with dark berries, both the sweet and acidic side. As it got a bit more air, the 65% Zin in the blend showed through with delicious jammy-ness. The rest of this shipment go in the cellar for a least a few years.. — 4 years ago

Good but still closed (?) at almost 10 years in the bottle. Bedrock and Carlisle bottlings are a different style but have been more accessible up to this age. — 4 months ago
