Delicious. Medium bodied. Roses, tar, dried red fruits, berries, spicecake. Lovely tannin.
“Albe” means “dawns” in Italian as this wine is sourced from three high-elevation sites that experience several dawns. A killer value from this producer. Drink or hold.

Very solid. 18 yet again fails to be as bad as critics want it to be. Had to order this because of a corked 2017 Podere Forte Melo which stung but is all in the game.

Decent Nebbiolo, strong and bitter on its own at first taste, better if aired out. Pairs well with steak and darker sauce meats and vegetables.
