At 11.5% abv and with a striking salinity to boot, this was firmly in red kabi territory. Loved it! Officially a rosé, but really it’s a light red. Volcanic Poulsard was also another term thrown around on table, and frankly, it was quite apt. Beautiful aromas of pomegranate, tangerine, roses and some herbal hints. The wine just dances on the palate with tangy cranberry notes and lingering saltiness. So yum! — 2 years ago

No notes. Casual pour in front of the champions league final (football / soccer). Very clear nose of white peach, lemon peel, yuzu. The palate is tangy, fruity, zesty, fresh and delicious. Good soft mouthfeel, with a zing in the rear and a tiny bitter, salty touch. It's a simple and delicious and a superb summer sipper. — 8 months ago
