“Riesling “K” references “Kabinett.” Light straw color with some greenish highlights. Aromas and flavors of gooseberry, white peach, white flowers, lemon and slate. The lemon flavor intensifies on the very long finish. Slight bit of RS and slightly oily texture. Medium body, clean and quite vibrant. Bristling acidity and very complex. Flavors of ripe green melon, lychee, white peach, dried apricots, lemon zest and brilliant white flowers. Hint of wet stones on the very spicy finish. Bright and crisp acidity. Medium-plus body and a viscous mouthfeel. Quite dry and food friendly. Starting to oxidize a bit. Solid. — 6 months ago
