Fresh but a strong hint of marzipan on the nose which indicate at least some oak. Very mineral taste on the palate with a nice bitterness to it that adds to the texture and body. No white pepper. Lovely on it's own but perfect with food. — 9 years ago

Gold; pale; bright, almost shining; slight froth (?); cleat edge; a tad green

Nose:
Green apple; savory mineral notes; citrus; something very intoxicatingly savory that I can’t quite pin; crisp; honey; frozen fruit

Mouth:
Sizzling sweetness almost like pop rocks; crisp; honey; lime; lemon; fairly sweet, not too dry

On the whole: excellent and complex. Light, crisp, acidic, and aromatic, just how I like white wine. Would absolutely adore it if it were a bit drier. — 6 years ago

Limited edition 2013. This wine is outstanding. Incredible flavors of honey suckle, mellon, slight touch of botritys, takes you from bitter through sweet with an acidity that cuts through it. Not produced each year. Only 500 bottles if you have the opportunity don’t miss it. — 9 years ago
