Standard sweet Riesling — 7 years ago
The most masculine wine in all the land.
A meal of a wine, you can chew on this one. YUM — 7 years ago
The nose showed intense minerality with crushed stone, lime, and sweet florals. On the palate, I found soft textures with peach, apple and hints of lemon, sweet inner florals and refreshing acidity. It finished clean with lasting ripe peach and hints of citrus rind. — 8 years ago
Fresh but a strong hint of marzipan on the nose which indicate at least some oak. Very mineral taste on the palate with a nice bitterness to it that adds to the texture and body. No white pepper. Lovely on it's own but perfect with food. — 8 years ago
— 9 years ago
Feiner Weissburgunder, schöne Frucht, gut eingebundene Säure. — 5 years ago

This was a fucking beast. 15.5% abv, but it didn't drink like it. Classic Barossa. — 8 years ago
Limited edition 2013. This wine is outstanding. Incredible flavors of honey suckle, mellon, slight touch of botritys, takes you from bitter through sweet with an acidity that cuts through it. Not produced each year. Only 500 bottles if you have the opportunity don’t miss it. — 8 years ago
Nice but not my favorite. Quite rich and deep, and very high alcohol at 15%. Bit off dry, with good minerality, good acid. Calls for food. — 9 years ago
What an interesting wine, a varietal I've never had before, reminiscent of overripe Chenin from Loire, but the acidity is quite persistent. There is definitely a high RS though. — 9 years ago
Tropical pineapple on the palate and nose. Color is richly yellow after 9 years. — 7 years ago
Guter Basis Weissburgunder, aber nicht ganz so ausdrucksvoll wie Hexamer. — 8 years ago

This amazing little half bottle was still astoundingly fresh and vibrant, but best of all was the fact that it came from one of my first-love German Riesling vineyards, Piesporter Goldtröpfchen, and from the finest vintage of that decade - 1997! — 9 years ago

From Domestique-had for shrimp boil. Delicious, crisp, a little effervescence. Great with food and to sip $23
