Dark ruby colored. Slightly muted nose, bright fresh fruit. Black and blue fruit up front, chocolate, tobacco, but of red cherry, minerality, quite complex, tannins tight at the open, needs a nice decant at this point. Bright, crisp, silky mouthfeel. Long finish. Some of my favorite wines are from Dr. Crane, and this is another one. — 3 months ago
基本上很多没接触过雷司令的都可以从这一款试起,果香十足,柑橘类 花香都很充足,还有蜜桃感,性价比也挺高,就是作为半甜有一丢丢腻。 — 4 months ago
Absolutely stunning nose, classically riesling. Bright, zippy, fresh, and every other adjective to describe the vivacity of this taught and angular juice. Tons of citrus washing over the mineral backbone like a tsunami, this wine is extremely expressive and approachable, even if you dont like riesling because its “too sweet”. This wine will change your perception tout suite. Its fully dry and is fantastic with food ( currently enjoying it with some rouge creamery oregon organic blue cheese, [voted best cheese in the world in 2019!] value wise, I dont think it gets better than this, this wine will continue to be amazing in 10-20 years, hopefully some of it lasts until then — 3 years ago

Star bright pale yellow. Subtle inviting nose and medium palate of Meyer lemon, underripe peach, and white flowers. Bracing acidity more than balances the Kabinett-level residual sugar yielding an excellent pair for a wide range of foods (pork and roasted fowl in particular) and a wonderful warm weather sipper. Drink now through 2032. — 4 months ago
Getting raisiny but still delicious. — 6 months ago
2015 for dinner with grilled NY Steaks salt a pepper finish. Fruit on the wine complemented the fat full flavor of the beef but the harmonious touch of dried herbs and an earthiness of mouth feel came together. In a really big sensation of married flavors to hand you the real deal. Beautiful Cabernet. Great wine and flavor combination to remember. Excellent. No rush to dink this wine it has years. — 4 years ago
Pale lemon color with medium+ intensity aromas of floral, ripe stone and citrus fruits with earthy notes, from very steep vineyard, stone steps (Treppchen). On the palate flavors of ripe peach, apple, lemon, apricot, melon with wet stone mineral. Vivid acidity with great mouthfeel on medium+ finish. Can age a bit but is very good now for optimal freshness. — 3 months ago
A taut puzzle to start. Better once decanted and given 30-45 minutes to open. Once through that rectification (it was yesterday’s word of the day) this baby was quite the ride. Beautifully fragrant and inviting. Not deeply dark in color but still richly deep purple. The fruit is layered and comes in waves. Dark fruit, blueberries lingering finish. I expected this to be a very good CA Cab. I was wrong this was special. Lots of resonating impulses here. Loved this. It was great. — 3 months ago
Lovely. I’m sipping the 2020 and it is flavorful with ripe Cherry a beautiful ruby color & low acid. This is a very pleasing Pinot Noir that I enjoyed with & without food. — 5 months ago

Dry and very classic tasting Riesling. Wet stone, lime, honeysuckle, green apple, green pear, flint, and the faintest hint of petrol. Clean with high acidity, medium alcohol, light body and a terrific compliment to food. I had it with tuna tartare and it was a knockout. Terrific value. — 10 months ago

Not dry, but sweet. Light body, mouth-washing, crispy, paired it with Chinese hot pot. — 2 months ago
