Delicate, crisp and refreshing, with a medium bodied mouthfeel. Holding back on the nose, but intensely mineral on the palate, with grapefruit and bitter grapefruit peel. Maybe I’m reading into it because I know that this producer is biodynamic, but this wine is alive. . — 4 years ago
Complex, almost saline. Would go great with oysters. — 5 years ago

A wine full of pear, apple, elderflower and peach flavors in a real round, intense mouthfeel. A nice dry taste with the presence of slate and creaminess — 2 years ago
Biodynamic dry Riesling from Clemens Busch. Complex with a lengthy finish. — 3 years ago
Don't often have Riesling dry, but this is quintessential petrol and quince. Stands up well to acidic tomato sauces. — 4 years ago
Lots of minerals, just a hint of sweetness, juicy acidity, stone fruits and apricot — 6 years ago
Just a perfect (and perfectly dry) Riesling — 6 years ago
Deep golden colour.
Rich, intense and off-dry (APnr 21-09; so it’s not the GG-bottling from this plot).
Mature, warm, glowing and inviting notes of honeysuckle, yellow curry-spice, white raisins, old foudres, peche melba, marzipan and some musky, hay-like outdoor aromas Drink now, as it won’t improve. — 2 years ago
This is just the Pinot Noir but that choice not available from Delectable. Quite dense in colour. Notes of beetroot and rhubarb on nose and palate. Full lush and delicious. A great discovery from the annual Tasmanian Pinot expo at the Pinot Shop in Launceston which we visited a few months ago. Exceptional QPR at $35. Some savoury aspects - suspect a % of whole bunch. Soft and flavoursome from a good vintage. Similar notes to a 2nd bottle 171 weeks later on 2/2/22. Quite a rich Pinot and thoroughly delicious. Luckily I have 4 left. — 6 years ago
