Big! Leesy. Golden in the glass. Hay, mango, lemon curd, pineapple, coconut. Cork showed leakage but the wine was in great shape. Lots of power here. Blind tasters immediately went to Chardonnay, and it’s hard not to given the buttery quality. Really cool wine, but not at $100 on the shelf. — 9 months ago

Pop and pour. This is flat-out gorgeous. The wood influence in this bottle is much less visible, by comparison to my last btl. On the nose: peach, basil, vanilla cream, ripe meyer lemon, so compelling. On the palate: fantastic acidity, amazing density, lovely spiced peach, citrus and a touch of white pepper on the dense finish. Absolutely stunning. — 4 years ago
