Macerated cherry, spice, cigar box, Mediterranean herbs, all come alive in this exceptional field blend of native varieties on Tenerife’s volcanic soils: Táganan, named for the area, from Spanish superstars Envínate. Intensely perfumed, it’s a stunning, elegant red with tremendous clarity and precision, clean and bright with great structure. The finish is long, with saturated sour cherry and a kiss of vanilla. Immaculate stuff, memorable. Decanting essential.

Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. Straw yellow with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. Stone fruit aromas with a vanilla nut fragrance. On the palate peach and citrus flavors, good balance, plenty of acidity and lingers nicely. — 21 hours ago
