Color of ruby with grapefruit and purple tone on the rim, quite clear. Nose of immense cherry, spice, fermented cabbages, and strength of alcohol. Taste of warmth, a bit watery, spice, black pepper, subtle sweetness and acidity from dark fruits, and some more black pepper.
