A blend of the five Bordeaux varietals, this is an exceptional wine. There’s a great balance of acidity, velvet tannins and black fruit. Cassis, black cherry, black plum, a light toast and vanilla oak component and developing tertiary character of leather, forest floor and cigar box. Terrifically harmonious the wine is full bodied with a sense of being heavy. A joy to consume. — 5 months ago
Crisp, full-bodied Grüner Veltliner, enjoyed after dinner in Yorkville condo in Toronto — 8 days ago
Enjoyed this ultra full bodied Cab with nice steak. Let this bottle breathe a good 4-5 hours before serving. And then decanter. It was worth the wait. — 2 months ago
Crisp mineral and citrus over lychee and mango. — 7 months ago
Double decanted and enjoyed after a half hour because I was too excited to try it. Phenomenal. — 11 days ago
One of my all-time favourites. — 3 months ago
Beautifully aromatic with exotic spice, peaches, a touch of of Freire ha & herbs.
Amazing purity on the palate with energy & precision. Rich yet bone dry. With minerality & salinity. The length is just insane. The depth even beats that. Shy apricot & peach in the background but it’s really not about the fruit. The terroir here - wow!
A spectacular & profound wine. — 3 months ago

Riper, fatter and seems more evolved than the more linear and precise 1988, but like that other bottle, dry Alsatian Grand Cru Riesling with great complexity and length, floral, mineral, white stonefruits, different but equally lovely, last bottle, also purchased on release, these are amazing wines!! — 24 days ago
