Aromas & Flavors
A powerful bouquet of ripe blackberries, cassis, and dark cherries, layered with cocoa nibs, espresso, and baking spices. 1 hour decant(some fine/cloudy sediment). A splendid deep ruby red color with some bricking. On the nose: Enticing perfumed notes of dark red fruit, worn leather, herbaceous, floral, mint, stewed meat.
