Nearly the color of wild-caught sockeye salmon. On the nose, strawberry, spring flowers, and ripe apricot. On the palate, Ranier cherry pith, strawberry, watermelon, and kiwi. A rather substantial body with fabulous texture. Low tannin; medium + acid. The finish is looooong and with a flourish of minerals. Between Pradeaux and Tempier, you can’t chose wrong. Regardless, I want more of this in my life! Drink now or hold until 2025. — 4 years ago
50/50 blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier. Yellow tinged with pink, excellent clarity. Floral, honeyed nose with a hint of mint but mostly dry in mouth, appley (malic-citric crisp), calcium-mineral finish. Austere wine and low alcohol (9.5% alc/vol). Would pair great with seafood, but did not go that well with black bean and ginger sockeye salmon (but no wine goes with black bean sauce, right? A malty German lager, maybe... ) But an hour later, creaminess emerges in the finish, along with moderate skin astringency. Nice complexity, if you are willing to wait for it — 5 years ago
This is a relatively dark rose that sat on its skins for a bit. Along with the color comes flavor that’s a little more cooked and complex than many roses. Apples, pears, cooked peaches, raspberries, and blackberries, with a hint of spice. Soft acidity, but enough to balance, along with stony minerality. Very nice, and good with a roasted sockeye salmon dinner. — 7 years ago

Perfect with a Salade Nicoise made with sockeye salmon, tomatoes, haricots verts and potatoes from the garden plus quail eggs and anchovies. — 6 years ago
Really smooth, had it with planked sockeye salmon (yes I know the old adage but I wanted red not white tonight!) wish I could find more I got it through a wine club. — 8 years ago
Ahh, reminds me of Fridays back in Chicago @Roman Sukley always started with a white as we got organized. Often with one of these. Lemon, slightly tart, honey, and ends with a hint of earth. Grabbed at a local liquor store, I'll have to go back and grab a couple more bottles. Not a whole lot of choices here in Casper. WY. 2014. 14.5 ABV. With sockeye salmon on TJ's Lemon Pepper Papperdella on Valentine's Day — 8 years ago
Effervescent pear, honey. Tasty. Had with seared sockeye, Beurre blanc and sautéed spinach. Lovely — 10 years ago
Not too strong, nicely balanced - leather, cedar, touch of smoke. Pairing with smoked sockeye and acorn squash. Works well — 4 years ago
Bright lemony, floral and peppery with a hint of mango on the nose. Rounder than I remember the previous vintage to be but nicely balanced by the acidity and salinity. Held its own with sockeye salmon with jerk seasoning and charred broccoli! — 7 years ago
A lighter-bodied PN which matched nicely with grilled sockeye salmon. From winery, 10/16, $23 w/o tax and shipping — 8 years ago
