Really light refreshing delish! — 7 years ago
A Blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc & 2% Malbec. Grapes sourced from Weinbau, Lady Hawk, Champoux, Shaw and Obelisco vineyards. Red and black fruit aromas with earthy herb notes. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with sweet vanilla on fine tannins. Lingering finish ending with spice notes. Ten years from vintage, and still wonderful. — 10 years ago
What can I say? Steve Shaw is a genius. It was good with the veggie lasagna, the duck, and the elk burger. — 6 years ago
Strong beer. Not sweet. A good full bodied Indian beer. — 7 years ago
This was an already opened bottle that belonged to my father-in-law who passed away one week ago from today. I may be a bit generous on my rating given the situation. — 7 years ago

A great table wine. Perfect for most food types with good dryness yet enough fruitiness to keep it interesting. — 9 years ago
I actually really like this wine. Simple. Nothing fancy. Just a nice glass at the end of the day. — 6 years ago

Can’t go wrong with Shaw. Beautifully aged. — 7 years ago
Skin contact tang offset by crazy banana candy aromatics. A unique one for sure. — 8 years ago
Picked this up from the vineyard in he Finger Lakes (and met the owner!). Jammy red fruit on the nose with enough tannins to keep it structured. Smells somewhat like a farm. In a good way. — 9 years ago
