Precise, yellow apple, peach, great acidity. Languedoc tasting at Authentique. — 4 years ago
This bottle had been opened for 4 days and stored in the fridge. What a nose! There is chalk, there is limestone, elderflower, lemon, is this pineapple lurking in the back? The palate is well designed with a strong acid backbone, some width and a nice lemony touch all along with again that elderflower thing, a good grip and some matter, and a very long mineral and fruit thing that lasts for a while.
