Complex nose, spicey oak, green apple, gorgeous minerality, terrific spice, amazing deep minerality and a stunning expansiveness. Really wonderful white burgundy symphony on the nose. Just unreal. What a nose. Tree bark, dry soil. Just stunning. Wow. Juicy, energetic, luscious, fresh, vital, elegant, complex. Wow. What a wine. Just gorgeous. Maybe best Monthelie Blanc I’ve ever had from Boussey. Explosive and wonderful. Spicey as well. A brilliant bottle. Finish is epic. — 4 years ago
Same as the other. Delicious, when it’s on sale 1/2 off at Winn Dixie. — 6 years ago
Tremendous. Earthy, funky, wild mushroom, forest floor. Also nose of overripe blue fruit and vanilla due to oaking. — 7 years ago
Bright and bitter and slightly sour; citrus rind, somewhat herbaceous. Very good, and crushable at 2.8% ABV. — 7 years ago

10 years in the bottle. Needed a weekday break. Tried over 5 days under Argon. This is excellent. And very classy. Closed at first - then after 2 days a real beauty. Deep dark cherry, 🍒 hint forest floor, bark, tannins almost fully resolved 13.5%. Hint Turmeric, black tea. Drink Now! — a year ago
Lovely aromas of cherry, minerals (limestone) cherry flower and some hints of red licorice. Very bright nose and very lifted. Palate is juicy and acid driven with terrific energy and wonderful driving minerality. Slight reductive funk on the nose blows off very quickly. A pretty wine and drinking well now. Very tangy and fresh with pretty tannins that are ripe. Like many 17’s this is gorgeously skinny. — 4 years ago
Kind of a hint of freshly opened bandaids, tastes dry fruity, and smooth. — 5 years ago
Naked wines. Really liked it, full bodied and very fruity. Perfect with steak. Not particularly complex but solid to our big red palate — 6 years ago
Light ruby in color. It’s from Canada. And it smells of dry grasses and wild flowers. Or maybe those are just the smells stuck in my nose. It’s family time here at the lake house in Canada, with all the tension and buried hurts family time can entail. Enter this Pinot noir. The scent of violet, the taste of rose petals, tart cherries, and red currants. It’s new and familiar at the same time. Brings me right back to myself. Families are families, for better or for worse. Then wine, old grapes made in a new way, complex and fleeting, helps give you the long view and takes you right back home. — 7 years ago
Nose is very saline. Some hazelnuts.
Palate is rich. No longer oaky (integrated) but it’s not bashful. Lovely salinity. Very Good balance for a rich wine.
I need to have this with chicken with cream sauce and morels.
This is ready to drink.

I really liked this. Seems like it could pair with almost anything. 👍🏻👍🏻 — 7 years ago
Family-owned and operated artisan producer of wine, started in 1999 by Dr John and Karen Bergstrom. Had a bottle year ago, dark red with fresh berry fruit flavors with a bit of earthy spice notes. On the palate, cherry and raspberry flavors with complex herb spice notes. Fine tannins on lingering finish ending with enticing earthy character. Aged well, very nice Pinot. — 7 years ago
A bit of reduction on the nose, but I’m digging it — 8 years ago
