Tons of berries and some acidity. Not a lot of body yet. — 3 years ago
This is a very tasty six-year-old Malbec from Mendoza. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Showing black fruits with vegetables, light vanilla, spices, black olives, earth, bitter herbs, barnyard, wood, tobacco, dark coffee and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and soft tannins.
I had it before, and this time I had it right out of the bottle, and it was really nice.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a cheese plate.
A blend of 80% Malbec, 10% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Franc.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

The Maximus Gran Reserva Malbec shows plums, cherries, raspberries, black currants, wood, vegetables, spices and black pepper.
Medium plus in body, smooth and elegant, with medium acidity and a tangy finish with soft tannins.
Better after an hour of airtime, but good right out of the bottle.
Nice by itself or with food. This six-year-old is drinking very nicely now. Very pleasant.
A blend of 80% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Syrah. Aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

Warm piurple fruit Blackberry and plums with a hint of cherry. Good Acidity with an appealing finish. — a year ago
This was dope. What a surprise for muscatel. Dry, lemon, lime, so great. — 2 years ago
Deep, vivid violet. Oak-spiced dark berries, mocha and violet on the deeply perfumed nose. Deep, jammy black and blue fruit and vanilla flavors show good energy, and a peppery note adds spicy lift on the back half. The vanilla notes carry through the clinging, rounded finish, which is framed by well-knit tannins. Malo and 15 months of aging in new and used French oak barrels. Intense, brooding, and complex nose. Dark cherry, plum, sandalwood, and charcuterie. The palate is med/full bodied, med acidity and delivers quite opulent sour cherry and plum fruit. Smoke and chocolate on the end palate. Very long. A bit heavy relative to a burgundy, but the flavour profile, complexity, and length do not disappoint. — 4 months ago
