The NV Brut 7 Crus is a very pretty, entry-level wine in this range. Bright, mineral and intensely vibrant, the 7 Crus is all energy. All the elements are so well proportioned. A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this captures all the house signatures with tons of energy and better overall balance than in some previous editions. White flowers, chalk and citrus linger. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, November 2023)

A little bit funky. Spicy. Barnyard. Mineral. — a month ago
Just enough fruit and full body, not overwhelming like many zins. — 3 months ago

Short decant and definitely drinking young. Needs age as it was up to par with other bottles/vintages. Tannins definitely present and fruit was restrained. Still great though! — a month ago

It’s still too young for me but I wanted to pull one. Medium nose where I get a bit of green-ness. The finish is light and there is a bit of green on the palate as well. Hoping the rest get better with age. — 14 days ago
