Xmas day and my mother in law likes champagne with cooking. What’s not to like about that :) — 5 months ago
Just about perfect w/oysters in San Diego! — 9 months ago
Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 3 years ago
It’s a slightly sweeter version of an already awesome proper French Champagne. Dial back a smudge on the brut and just tweak the dial on a natural sweetness and viola! Nectar imperial! If you were giving someone their very first glass of champagne, I’d recommend this one - the sweetness will win a lot of tongues! — 5 years ago
Brought back from a trip to Australia. to create Étoile our wine makers delve into our remarkable library of Vintage brut, drawing together eight exceptional vintages, each layering a distinctive chapter to build depth, texture, aroma, and lingering flavors. We raise sparkling wine to new heights with a quintessential Australian exuberance that shows our love of place and possibility. Back Label. Nice work! — 4 months ago

Longtime favorite and I snap up this foxy number whenever I see it. Crunchy strawberry and herbs, a bit of animal and yeast at the end but not too much to compromise the freshness. I don’t think this ages and should be drunk up but that doesn’t make it any less special — 2 years ago

No idea how old this is (QR code on back gives a 404) but it’s fantastic — 4 months ago
Copper in color with a golden hue.
Fruity nose with light yeast, light raspberries, apples, light metals and caramel notes.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and tiny bubbles.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with over ripened apples, light red fruits, limes, citrus, spices, light yeast, sea salt, light earth and herbs.
Long finish with limes.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne. Elegant, and a tad over it's peak. Complex and interesting.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
A blend of 47% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. Disgorged in 2013.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
