Lovely bottle, easy to drink, well rounded with a long finish. Got slightly drier towards the end of the bottle.

Refermented juice in bottle. Time open made it worst. Bacterial growth ... was worried to drink more than a half a glass for fear of food poisoning!

Jul 11th, 2020Super reductive att first, but blew off after some time, leaving the wine almost balanced. Light bodied with notes of wild strawberries, cranberry and a hint of celery stalk. Very low, but fine grained tannin.

Beautiful barnyard funkiness. Very light and translucent in color but medium bodied and full flavor.

maybe the best vintage if this cuvée i’ve ever had. really elegant and correct. clear and tart. perfect food wine.
