Les Bons Batons Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2018

Pop and pour yesterday. Better than I remember my last btl being. On the nose: musty mulberry, vanilla, spice, rose. On the palate: good acidity, lovely density and weight...black pepper, mulberry and blackberry. Soft, finely grained tannin on the finish. Yum. — 4 years ago

Les Suchots Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2013

Somewhat muted red fruits with floral notes of rose petal, good spice that is still tight & needs more time. — 4 years ago

@Ron Siegel have you had the '11? If so, how does this compare?

Les Vignes d'Emilien Colin Pineau d'Aunis 2018

Pre-season Patriots football and Pineau d’Aunis: a winning combination. This wine has lots of character. Nose is intense, peppery, lots of crunchy dark berries and pulverized rock dust. Vigorous in the mouth, with a very youthful feel and some chalky, fine-grained tannin puckering the palate. Really nice now and could soften up nicely over the next couple of years. — 4 years ago
