Rich, full bodied, and very long on the palette after an hours decant. Dark fruit abounds; tannins we’re fine and we’ll integrated. Still quite young in presentation with decades of life remaining i. This vintage! — 3 years ago
Fantastic out of the bottle after a fast decant. Rich Cabernet and oak on the nose; soft tannins, bing cherries, and vanilla on the front palette that transforms into chocolate on the finish! Simply wonderful. — 5 years ago
Very nice but to be honest I think it was a little past it’s prime. It was fairly soft on the palette, not as robust as it should be. Still, some really nice stuff — 7 years ago

Exceptional. Power with subtly. Open knit and plush nose. Sexy on the palette. Reminds me of @Bill Bender.
This is a poster-child for balance and restraint. First growth in every way. — 8 years ago
Straight out the bottle it showed remarkable freshness. Everything exactly how'd you'd like it - the nose immediately grabs you, with a herbal perfume intertwined with dark fruits. Mid palette offering a refreshing hint of graphite and a nice long 60 second finish. For a US Strip bottle this has been stored remarkably well. Excellent for the vintage. Love it. — 9 years ago
2017 vintage for $55. Excellent red fruits and lush on the palette. Well balanced and not much p-funk or smoke flavors — 3 years ago
Wonderful wine. Blackberry and currant, smooth on the palette — 5 years ago
Wine ebbs and flows, and this one is right on right now. I have been Coravining this bottle for quite some time and thoroughly enjoying it tonight. Developed fragrant nose...smooth and lush on the palette. If you have a bottle in your cellar, open it tonight and enjoy! — 6 years ago
Exotic, fruit-driven perfume wafts from the glass. Kiwi and passion fruits are supported by rocks and stones.
Palette is consistent, with citrus fruits, bright acidity and persistence. Finishes vibrant. This is our fave SB below the $20 pain threshold. — 8 years ago
Cola overload on the nose.
Palette is a touch medicinal. Lively acidity and well integrated tannins, which negate the acidity and help smooth out the presentation. Needs food as it lacks complexity. — 9 years ago

Blend of Merlot (62%) Cabernet Sauvignon (33%), Petite Verdot (3%) and Cabernet Franc (3%). Medium garnet color. Aromas of blueberry, mint, chocolate and orange zest. Palette features blueberry and black raspberry and hints of plum, vanilla, cedar and dark chocolate. Hint of chalk on the bright and velvety finish. Quite linear and lean. Nice acidity levels. — 3 years ago
2007 vintage poured on December 31, 2022. Dark in the glass, tannins have smoothed out and still strong raspberry and cherry on the palette. Paired with Beef Wellington and a green peppercorn sauce. Admittedly the sauce overpowered the wine. — 3 years ago
Still young but much more open than previous experiences. Dark fruit, cassis, classic Mouton cigar spicebox on the nose. The palette was silky smooth, but dry and structured, with a perfect hint of sweetness along with 2ndary and tertiary flavours of cedar, earth, leather and graphite. And the finish just went on and on, ending with just a hint of spice. Really enjoyed it. — 5 years ago
When Anne-Marie tasted this, she was in raptures - @Martin G Rivard, thank you so much for this gem!
Huge extraction, ultra rich presentation. The nose is dominated with maraschino cherries, blueberry jam, and a whiff of talcum powder.
The palette is stunning. Dense and in-your-face. Tannins keep pumping. This exemplar presented so well. A head-spinner. Thanks so much, Martin!!! — 8 years ago

Real standout rose at a tasting of 15 roses. Depth and sherry tones, really aromatic — 8 years ago

This bottle reminds me more of my first bottle. Ready to drink, pretty much pnp. Medium ruby colored. Not much on the nose. But nice black and blue fruit upfront, silky tannins, nice soft mouthfeel, mid palate of milk chocolate, light caramel, red licorice, lead pencil shavings. Really enjoyable. — 2 years ago
