Spicy nose. A bit grapey initially. Sort of like an Alto-Piemonte version of Beaujolais. This is a field blend of 12 varietals. Mostly Croatina and Nebbiolo. Aged 12 months in stainless steel. Plenty of herbal notes with some pepper on the finish. — 5 years ago

A naturally sparkling wine, it has a beautuful light effervescence which brings bright strawberry & apple up front with interesting hints of salted lemon.
