Fun field blend.

An absolutely delicious field blend (Nebbiolo, Croatina, some other local characters including white grapes) to drink while we're waiting for its more serious Piedmontese cousins to come around. Spicy, fruit forward, feather light, one of those bottles that just disappears.

Violets and red fruit. Interesting interplay between the tannin and bright acidity. Tried at Longman and Eagle.

Berry & anise on the nose. Bit of leather. Nice mouthfeel but pretty green on the top of the palette (we probably should have decanted). Light-medium bodied.

Great deal. Really pretty and rustic baby boca. Would decant next time cuz the last sip was by far the best

Blueberry compote, pomegranates, balsamic, satsuma mandarins, garrigue, violets, iron. Vibrant acidity, mild dusty tannins, light bodied, citrus rind-peppery finish. Acid driven, aromatic, great on its own, really amplified by tomato based dishes.

Floral nose with ripe red fruit flavor. Sweet with soft tannins. Excellent with pizza.
