Nearly opaque ruby black color with aromatic brambly black and red fruits, baking spices aromas. On the palate it's medium bodied with very good acidity and ample concentrated black cherry, blackberry, plum and spice flavors. Long satisfying finish. 15.7% alcohol, but doesn't drink like it...

Yummy fruit tones, medium finish and an amazing lemon taste that just lingers in your mounts! Great wine!!! — 8 years ago
What begins with cherries dipped in biting dark chocolate, mounts through notes of coffee, into a crescendo of raisin bakery and summer-ripened prunes. A marvelous treat! — 9 years ago
Wow unreal. A Malbec from Sonoma and it is amazing. Stunning finish and well rounded. Great job Mounts family! — 10 years ago

Laydown and kept really well. A wine forgotten, unfortunately. If I would have remembered it 6 years earlier, might have been a 10!?? Jammie still. — 9 years ago
