Fino C.B. Montilla-Moriles Pedro Ximénez

Nutty aromas combine with flavors of lemon, olive brine, seawater, and chalk. Dry and quite smooth, the 15% alcohol is seamlessly integrated. Great acidity, super fresh, love it chilled! — 6 years ago

Moscatel

Ok over served at the restaurant last night. Great dessert wine- not to sweet with some nice savory notes to it but I’m pretty sure this one put me over the edge and helped me decide to walk home barefoot from the restaurant. — 6 years ago

Eléctrico Fino Montilla-Moriles Pedro Ximénez

Fino style PX from Montilla-Moriles. Nice example here but dominant nose of Parmesan rind and cheese cloth aroma, with some pork crackling, preserved lemon, mossy mineralogy and blanched nuts. Palate is pretty typically and shows decent length. — 7 years ago

Fino Montilla-Moriles Pedro Ximinez

Light on the palate with ample acidity. Surprising to have a PX grape made into this style (for me anyway). — 8 years ago
