Dinner with my Mimi, Rich and Joetta — 5 years ago
예상과 다르게 맜있음. 멀롯인데 깔끈한 까쇼먹는 느낌. 오픈하고 다음날 먹었는데 더 맛있다 — 5 years ago

Wow this is singing! What a nose. Gorgeous lemon inflected minerality. Hints of attractive spicey oak and stunning rocky minerality. Tree bark and herbs. So good. What a screaming mimi of a nose. Palate is rich and ripe but also nervy and tense. Amazing purity buttressed by that awesome Meursault richness. Lovely texture. Awesome mouthfeel and a lovely lemon drop lime zest finish. Wonderful. — 4 years ago
Nose just comes out of the gates like a screaming mimi. Gorgeous cherry. Soupy and super clean. Floral. Cherry flower. Stunning florals. Irises and lilacs. Just a beautiful nose. Full Brunello Symphony. Spices galore. Palate is stunningly deeply fruited. Sappy and pure. So clean. Deep black and late season red cherries but so fresh. Superbly elegant and very concentrated with powerful and powdery tannins. Substantial structure and freshness. So pure. Velvety and energetic. — 5 years ago
Delightful! Paid $29 for a 375 ML bottle at total wine. This is right up there with the Moët. Mimi says they’re comparable and they’re about the same price. Would get it again and again. — 5 years ago
Best substitute I've tasted for the famed Amer Picon. Thanks to Andrew at Mimi for suggesting. — 8 years ago
This is in screaming Mimi mode right now. Super cherry on the nose with some nice background earthy. Refined and just beautiful. Palaste is silky, sweet and a little bit wild and feral with lovely tannins and serious structure. Lovely cherry on the finish. Needs 30 minute I think. — 8 years ago
Not too heavy or syrupy like some rosés. Pleasant berry flavors. Glass cork is athletically pleasing but difficult to work with. One of my more favorite rosés that I've tried though. — 4 years ago
Last one. End of an era. Completely opaque dark dark ruby. Tannic and oak monster upon opening. Settles down after an hour. Slammin’ good with grilled lamb and taters. Chonky. Blueberries. Rippin’ alcohol but it’s cool. Continues to get better at 2hrs. Saved half in a 375ml for tomorrow because this shit is 16% and I’m drunk as fuck. — 5 years ago
Mimi had this in London at Quaglino’s Restaurant restaurant on Christmas Eve. She said it was the best champagne she had ever drunk – except for the Roederer at McNulty party. — 5 years ago
Happy belated Mimi! — 7 years ago
As good as it's going to be. Serious aged characteristics. Black tea, menthol and leather. Palate is still intact with good length and supple tannins — 8 years ago
Good choice for dinner parties. With Quinlan, Gruswitz and Papa/Mimi. Liked by all. — 8 years ago
