A blend of several Alsatian grape varieties, this Cremant has stone fruit, strawberry notes and some biscuit aromas. The palate shows apple and pear flavors, lemon zest with nice texture. Tangy finish, champagne like, pleasant, ending with yeasty character. Nice value. — 4 years ago
