Drinking perfectly. The nose is a mix of steeped dark cherry, old library books and cedar. Med bodied but intense - undertow of brooding darker fruit with umami, savoury meat, damp earth, and cedar all swirling. Tannin and acid completely integrated and in harmony with the fruit. Compared to the 2014 Faiveley Cazetiers this was in incredible. At Burg wine dinner with Mathias. — 3 years ago
