Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. Straw yellow with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. Stone fruit aromas with a vanilla nut fragrance. On the palate peach and citrus flavors, good balance, plenty of acidity and lingers nicely. — 9 months ago
Se presenta muy bien, temperatura de servicio 5°C color amarillo, reflejos dorados, limpio, burbujas tamaño medio, nariz: fresca, flores blancas, aromas cítricos, boca: ingreso fresco, se perciben recuerdos frutas blancas, sensaciones cítricas, equilibrada, ligera acidez, redonda, persistencia larga, final cítrico. Smells like mild lemon cream. Tastes like peach and tangerine, a little creamy, with less lemon than the nose. Refreshing without being one dimensional. I dig it. — 5 years ago
Green apple and citrus on the nose. Tart apple, a hint of grapefruit, stone and dry hay on the tongue. Very dry for cava. Excellent! A smooth and effervescent white. I’ll definitely buy again. — 5 years ago

Needs a touch of air.... yeasty bread dough, almond paste, ripe pear and vanilla bean. Creamy smooth mouthfeel with appreciable weight, fruit is concentrated, like pear jelly-bellies, with nutty secondary flavors. Lees aging adds complexity. Smooth to finish with zest and firm acid.
