Le chai pick — 7 years ago
I got this bottle at the Domaine last year. A chat with a super focused Nicolas Ragot in the middle of a super clean chai left me a great impression. The wine is showing precision and balance. The fruit comes out after a chew and gives a superb tone to after taste. Tasted on 2 days; drink or cellar #bestofgivry #1ercru — 7 years ago
So well made. Alive, vibrant and complicated in a femine sense. I was floored and so was Lumpy Mclumperson. — 9 years ago
Not bad. Screw cap not a factor. 2012 vintage. — 10 years ago

Good, semi sweet chardonnay — 12 years ago
Smooth and vivid. No aftertaste. Sediment from the cluster adds character, takes nothing away. A fabulous wine 🍷 — 6 years ago
One of my favorite Rosé’s, especially for the price. — 7 years ago
Had this at a lecture on ancient fermentation, props to Dogfish for trying this, its like a very intense aromatic tea/cider if that makes sense. — 9 years ago

08’ Was a very good vintage. It holds up to the 05 & 02.
The nose is somewhat restrained. Don’t let that fool you. The palate, lushness(when it warms up)with apples, intense mineral core. Great structure & balance. The rather high acidity & fruit play nicely together.
Has another 5+ years in it. — 7 years ago
Buttery/oaky Chard. Yummy. — 9 years ago
Late night drinking with a handful of UK Master Somm's at Chai Pascal wine bar in the heart of Saint Emilion. — 9 years ago
Big, foamy root beer-type head, that smells of graham crackers and mocha. Chai- Mocha with Maduro notes, light licorice, nutmeg, light cayenne, light mint notes interplay with the espresso-and pure cacao, toasty and warm. The pumpkin is almost secondary, but emerges, adumbrated in dark leather satchels filled with fire-blackened pumpkins possessed by Aztec priests with vanilla bean necklaces, tobacco leaf doba skirts, and smoky spirit animals made of graham cracker. 2nd to last P-beer! The hallucinations are natural, of course. — 9 years ago
Demi sec botritus? Lovely! — 12 years ago

Hard to beat for the price. (20 dollars at PA state stores) Cherries, chai tea, and incense with medium acidity and a plush mouth feel. More of an extracted style, but well-made. — 6 years ago
