Intense lemon oil and limestone on the nose. A hint of sandalwood. Very lucid and defined. Great balance. Very good. — 6 years ago

Irresistible. Such a lucid expression of gamay. Eat with mushrooms and beef tartare and be happy you’re alive. — 6 years ago
Crispy and lucid. Really beautiful — 7 years ago
Greengage, yellow flowers and a saline minerality. Very fresh and lucid. Light but pure. So delicate but intense. Lovely — 8 years ago
Lovely dark fresh blue fruit. Great detail, depth and lucid blue fruit. Still very young. Great stuff — 8 years ago
Peppery and smokey. — 5 years ago
A glorious wine. 2011 Raveneau are great. Light, bright, transparent, lucid. An intense rock pool nose with slate, lime, honeysuckle. A touch of grapefruit. Quite light on the palate but very defined and delicious. Not super long on the finish but refreshing and complex. Perfect with the lobster salad. A study in the power of complexity over power and focus over richness. — 6 years ago
A slightly stinky front. Then real deep clarity of raspberry fruit. There’s a gentle luscious center of hauntingly pure aged fruit (dried roses, soft cherry?) leading into the end palate. Really lucid. Delicious. — 6 years ago
Lovely tangy savory fruit. Some sour cherry and lush plum with violets and gnarly underbrush. Very lucid and detailed. All that lovely freshness of 2001. Really excellent — 6 years ago
Lucid red fruit / fresh / licorice, rose — 8 years ago

Lucid, pure Grenache, elegant with soft caressing tannins. Captures the vintage and place so well. Not a complex or beguiling wine but simply beautiful and drinking great right now. Nice to see it unwind some since LBT. Over ripe strawberry confiture, lavender, garrigue, macerated raspberry, warm earth. — 6 years ago
Lovely lucid structure with soft tannins that open up with time. A bouquet of delicate scents that goes along with any dish! — 6 years ago
Fresh and vivid on the nose. Lime, lemon, honeyed notes, a slatey core. Some of the 2010 sweetness with a bit of tang. Lovely and light and fresh. With time oyster shells and a refreshing salinity but the heft and punch of meursault. Like great Chablis consommé. So deft and lucid. Wonderful. — 7 years ago

You had that with me. RARE.

Enjoyable but priced $15 too steep. At $45 we need deeper complexity and this is delicate but not inspiring.
The nose is soft. Raspberry and candied cherry. The palette is salty and lean - sandy, loamy, lucid.
There’s skill here in the interplay but you’d be nearly as well off with SP68. — 4 years ago
