Pop and pour, and OMG this is heavenly now. On the nose: soft reduction, ripe lime, lemon oil, lovely sweet minerality...this is the Cliff's notes version of the nose, which is fantastically complex. On the palate: excellent acidity, pure stony minerality, black pepper, lime, fantastic density, and a finish that just keeps going and going with fantastic juiciness and spice.
