This Sancerre went perfectly with the Cotriade last night! Nice light acidity was perfectly balanced. — a year ago
Light straw with green hints . Quite discreet and reserved on the nose , elderflower , camomile, oyster shell , green apple , sea breeze . On the palate this is strict and direct , green apple , chalky mineral and oyster shell notes , very mineral focused . Fills out with a slightly creamy texture . Good length focused and detailed . Very young but enjoyable now , quite Chablis-esque is style . Probably even better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5 -8 or so — 4 months ago
Kurt birthday wine. Still really great but liked the way it drank a few years ago. Would go younger on vintage. Maybe 3 years old instead of 7. — a year ago
Above average Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. The wine lingers on the palate with nice citrus notes and plenty of depth. Drank May 2023. — 2 years ago
Pale-medium lemon color.
Aromas of lemonade, honeydew, pear, subtle minerality.
Dry. Flavors of warm lemon, gritty pear, honeydew, subtle vegetal undertone (balanced), subtle well integrated custard notes, wet stone. From one vintage to the next, this wine never disappoints!

Excellent. Good minerality, light but layered. Really good entry-level Pouilly-Fume. 2021 vintage. — 6 months ago
Nice combination of tropical fruit and stoney minderality, has weight and verve. — 4 years ago
