Would you accompany it with anything? Or is this better by itself as a dessert wine? I haven’t had one since the early 80s!

Rosso Veronese Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Dry, jammy red fruits, smooth body, high acid, high tannins, really grips and rips the mouth. Long finish, could open up for hours and really mature and develop. Highly recommend decanting this beauty — 7 years ago
