A lovely blend from Priorat of around 50/50 Garnacha and Carinena, sometimes with a little Merlot included in some years. A red and black fruited palate with ripe blackcurrant. Opulent. I have a previous Delectable note for this wine - 77? Weeks ago. Reinforces my love of Priorat and Garnacha in particular. From the producer’s oldest vines - approximately 110 years. Impressed by the delicate nose, sour cherries, almond blossom, good volume, freshness, good moment of consumption. — 5 months ago

2005 bu en 2025. Un magnifique cabso qui a de beaux tannins un peu plus soyeux. Wow! — 5 months ago
Довольно маслянистое и плотное для лета, но подойдет для суровой каталонской зимы в качестве альтернативы красному — 5 months ago
Gorgeous wine and so classic in 21. Nose is granitic and dusty with some lovely red currant and licorice. Gamey, meaty and so deep. Really terrific aromas. Smells like Cote Rotie and it is within spitting distance. Palate is very 21. Mostly red fruits with some minor black ones and a classic, grippy almost Cru Bourgeois type structure. Juicy and serious for such a humble price. Pre tariff we were $19.99 a case. Very 21 and very lean. Big tannins and actually needs maybe 3-5 years of age. After 5 hours this is soft and lush and has gone from 9.0 to 9.1. Really came together. — 2 months ago

Mostly Grenache, this blend also brings Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan to the glass. Light and bright red fruits on the nose open gracefully onto the palate. Although from Provence, the Les Beaux de Provence comes across more like a Cote du Rhone that’s easy to talk to. It’s a graceful & tasteful little find, south of $20. — 20 days ago
