Created in 1981, Terre Alte is considered one of Italy's most prestigious white wines, blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon grapes, estate-grown at Rosazzo in the historic Terre Alte vineyards. Pale lemon yellow color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits and wonderful floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and slight lemon citrus with honey floral notes and lively acidity. Smooth finish ending with fruit and sweet mineral notes. Very nice! — 2 years ago

Fresh and elegant, fruit forward with low tannins. Good acidity balances out the 15% alcohol. Tasted even better day 2 — 6 years ago

Apple. Then lime/Lemon. Bitterness. The minerality/flint is the standout characteristic. Good Acid. Very easy to drink. Excellent wine. — 5 years ago

Deep garnet; compelling nose of black fruits with violet, tobacco and mineral; palate is more black fruit and mineral, deep and juicy, finish is tannic and very long. Enjoyable tonight but if you’re young give is a decade or two. — 5 months ago
