Full-bodied, just dry enough, and complexly layered. 80 Pinot Noir, 20 Chardonnay. Disgorged October 29, 2020. — 3 years ago
Smells bright and fruity with a bit of floral. Taste is tart but with nice flavors, maybe apricot? Complex and good alone — 5 years ago

,"reds joust spectacularly with the kinds of dishes you think about when there is a cool spring evening that might call for a fire pit— steaks, grilled vegetables, burgers—but the perfect pairing is a rich, slow-cooked Daube de Boeuf, the classic red wine–beef stew of the region." — 2 years ago
Flinty and complex. — 4 years ago
Full-bodied Pinot with a perfect balance of spice and fruit. One of my favorite wines this year, in this price point. — 5 years ago
The epitome of Grand Cru. I’m transported to year 2007 in Burgundy through smell and taste. I can almost see the Vintners as they work as if I’m an observing time traveler. — 7 years ago

Very different than the 2014 Cote de Leche, this seems much more youthful and currently a little disjointed, with youthful primary lemon aromas and flavors, lovely acidity, medium-long finish, but lacking the amazing depth and complexity of the Cote de Lechet, very good! — 7 months ago
