A very unusual wine.
Nose: Malvasia but elegant. Floral. Tropical. Nice brine.
Palate: lightly tropical. But big mineraliaty. Good acidity.
Great briny finish.

I’ve had other Bermejos wines, but never their rosé. My new favorite from the Canary Islands. Pink-orange hue, watermelon and strawberry, some citrus. Great fruit concentration and mouth-watering acid with distinct volcanic minerals and some sea salt. Winner for summer. — a month ago
