Quite deep ruby , garnet rim . Spicy , earthy , dark plum , cherry, cassis . On the palate dark fruits , cassis , plum , cherry with grafite and some wood spices , slightly sweet fruited finish . Still delicious, still maintain it’s a cross between Riesling and Sauvignon blanc. Pairs well with saganaki and other Greek appetizers. Less acidic than the sauv blanc and less glycerin than Riesling. Love. — 8 months ago
