Nice dry Tunisian wine from the wine region close to Hammamet. Intense bouquet, hint of roseberry, I had it with harissa, and with penne aux fruits de met et gingebre. Nice option in Tunis — 8 years ago

First Cab blanc. This is really delicious. Will definitely become a summer/white wine favorite. — 6 years ago
Fabulous fruit acid balance. Drinking well now. Reminiscent of a well structured Cote de Nuit with a little more fruit. One of the better California style Pinots I have had in a while. Bottom line: Rhys Horeshoe, Skyline and Alpine all need 10 years. — 7 years ago

Biodynamic. Aged in amphorae for 18 months, revealing all the quality of the grape variety, without aging notes:
Malbec: black plum, eucalyptus, menthol, chalky, coffee roast, caramel. Opulent and fresh with a lingering finish of complexity. Very nice bottle, to be enjoyed with savory dishes as well as with chocolate-type desserts. Gastronomic !
Biodynamic.
Gastronomique.
