Jean Marie Guffens definetely knows how to make top wines - this is probably one of the most expensive St Veran wines on the market but it delivers ! Peach and other sonefruit, a slight buttery undertone and a great length make this into a beautiful wine. — 7 years ago
Leather, cedar, and cherry, Loire funk if you think about it. Caraway on the nose. Surprisingly light with all those flavors. Definitely a 2015 (ripe). — 7 years ago
Loving this gift from Marie! Excellent, refreshing. — 8 years ago
A wafting presence of rocks and fennel,
Medium to heavy bodied, salty! And crazy dark like squid ink, with more squid ink flavor, and black licorice.
Deep, dark fruits, with toothpicks and blackened blackberry acidity..
a bit muted, unless you sift for the gold. — 4 years ago
peaches and sun, very pleasant drinking from a Burgundy producer growing Chardonnay on a small parcel further south — 6 years ago
