Deep rich color and nose. Dark fruit and leather. Will likely mature over next decade. — 4 months ago

The inaugural bottle of a very wine heavy trip. Hard to find any faults with this one for 2 euros. I love sparkling wine and cava is top 2 for me. Was it free lounge champagne? No. Was it great? Yes. Super light and crisp, making it very easy to drink. I get a lot of green apple and lemon, with also a slight peach note. There’s also a bit of bread/nuttiness which I believe comes from the traditional method, but it stays light. — a month ago
Still black and never seen so much sediment stuck to the side of the bottle — 9 months ago
My ideal weeknight sparkling wine. My dad is a big Cava fan, so naturally I was raised to be the same. This wine is so reasonably priced and arguably over performs. Crisp and straightforward with notes of green apple, lemon zest, and a little pear, plus a light toasty finish. The bubbles are lively but not aggressive, making it super drinkable. Clean, dry, and refreshing. Solid everyday cava. No complaints. — 2 months ago
