This is my 3rd and the last bottle over the past year. It definitely sits at its plateau now and fully awake. Difficult to say when the drinking window will close down.
Lots of energy and precision. Cabernet Sauvignon dominant. Perfumed black currant jam with leaves. Complex tertiary aromas make a beautiful bouquet. Balance of tannins, fruits and acidity at its perfection. Tannins have soften but not yet faded away.
Undoubted 2nd Growth quality. — 4 years ago
Just can't get enough of this bottle, best QPR in Champagne, for my palate!
Prior notes apply; Nose is toasty brioche and a minerally quince jam. Ultra clean, creamy palate reflecting the same notes.
I love this wine! Thank you @Lyle Fass — 5 years ago

Earthy blackberry & strawberry jam. Delicious. — 6 years ago
2015. Nose: leather, black cherry. Taste: delicious, light, slightly funky, earthy, almost effervescent with a little boysenberry jam. — 6 years ago
Deep inky purple and not a trace of brick. Heavy tar and jam (not off-putting) on the nose and not surprisingly a bit of alcohol. Delicious balance of jaminess and ripe black fruit. Enjoy in next couple years though to taste the fruit. Drinking with berebere chicken and rice. — 3 years ago
Sweet sorrel, strawberry, and cherry jam, mild tarragon, slight cinnamon smell but not pronounced, ruby with slight magenta color, taste is holds the tone straight forward, slight cinnamon taste and maybe all spice that’s underlying and steady, cherry, strawberry and slight bitterness but acid dominant with a slight leather, red licorice green vine finish — 4 years ago
Plum, blueberry, blackberry jam, blood orange, cassis, graphite, dried flowers, clove, white pepper. — 4 years ago
Super wet and fruit forward, jammy, boysenberry, smells of hibiscus and cinnamon ginger cookies (slightly), slight sweet tobacco, lots of body and subtle jam, not too structured, fair intricate with the jam highlight, nice sort of see through color — 6 years ago
Half bottle of this jam z beaut. Paired with TFL veg tasting — 6 years ago

Smooth zin. Light tannin-light jam. 14.7% alcohol — 4 years ago
Best slightly chilled. Deep ruby color. Very fruity nose, almost like jam. Very intense flavor, fruit initially on the palate, fully body, very smooth finish hint of vanilla and spice. High alcohol (abv 15.5%). Trader Joe's $25-27. Would love to have most nights, cold or warm season. — 4 years ago
A bit bigger with more ripe strawberry jam taste than other gamay. But as it opens up, floral and mineral notes come in to balance. Nose is wonderful and earthy. I really enjoyed this. — 5 years ago
Very Jammy hahaha I liked this wine. Very tasty. — 6 years ago
Inky purple with aromas of blackberry jam, plum, chocolate, violets, and menthol. Juicy dark fruit predominant on the palate with soft tannins, 14.5% alcohol, and a long, minty finish. Drinking a bit like a California Syrah or Aussie Shiraz at this point. — 6 years ago
I’d put this in the category of “supremely balanced”. It could age another year or so but the tannins are like the harmony to the melody of the gourmet grape jam notes. Normally saying a wine reeked of grape jam would be an insult but this is...like artisan grape jam. With a hit of booze in it. That you’d spread on brioche. Not the most complex cab but really lovely. Soothing. Lullaby wine. Perfect pop n pour with a friend to round off a busy Monday. — 6 years ago
