Vosne-Romanée: definitely expensive. But worth it. I mean, I don't drink VR often so every bottle carries a lot of expectations. This pinot is very fresh: fruity and herbal nose. Cherrie and black currant (nose and palate). This herbal note is hard to identify. Maybe a lemongrass? Because the finish is citrus (or spicy, I'm not sure). An interesting pinot noir. — 7 years ago

2012 vintage: Quite a feminine NSG that is really floral of rich fruit and gaminess. The palate has good length with good fruit but lovely fine tannins that leave you wanting more. Very different to Chevillon's other NSG wines. A lovely NSG worth a go. — 11 years ago

Black tea, star anise, leather, and hibiscus. Light and crushable. — 6 years ago
I loved it! Deceptively simple, so comforting and acidic just enough to make it delicious. If Pinot is your game, than this is wine for you. You’ll love it from the first strawberry aroma. — 8 years ago
Pronounced mix of floral and mineral notes on both the nose and first sip--almost like an earthy, light red! But ripe lemons and pink grapefruit come on the back end and linger a while, only to have the floral return. Full bodied with lots of acid. An interesting, if odd balance of notes. — 10 years ago

Floral opening with berries in the middle with hints of tobacco and great terroir — 11 years ago
Beautiful bouquet of flowers. Dark, red fruit on the palate. Very well integrated... Very good effort — 12 years ago
Chez yes. In one hour that might be an open mouth, but right now it will have to settle for a lip to lip tag. — 13 years ago
